How it works
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
Because coaching is a process, the best results come with a consistent and focused schedule. Clients typically meet with me once a week over a period of 6 weeks to 3 months.
IS COACHING IN-PERSON OR VIRTUAL?
I currently work with clients virtually (via Zoom) and offer unlimited emails in between our sessions.
ADHD Coaching Sessions
Initial Consultation
20 Minutes — Complimentary
This is a complimentary session where we get to know each other. Coaching is a partnership and it is important that you feel comfortable and connected with the coach you choose. This session will also give you a comprehensive understanding on what coaching is and what you can expect with the process.
STEP 1
Strategy & Planning Session
60-90 Minutes — $185
During this session we will take a deeper dive into how ADHD affects your life and what challenges and goals you wish to tackle. Often times clients come in with one goal and after careful and thoughtful conversation they discover that there was a different, more important area they want to work on. This session will conclude with a clear plan on the direction and goals for your ongoing sessions.

Individual Sessions
45 Minutes — $150
Many clients use individual sessions to refresh earlier coaching or tackle a singular issue. Each client is unique. In our Strategy & Planning Session we will address your personal needs, desires and availability. We’ll build a plan to address your needs, then schedule ongoing sessions to achieve our goals.
