Hi, I’m Lee Ewert, welcome to Timshel Coaching, a resource for those with ADHD.

I get it. I have ADHD too.

The surprising irony is that until I went back to school to become an ADHD coach I was completely unaware of this. I had simply been too busy raising three beautiful, intelligent, adventurous, creative, hilarious, ADHD children.

I was shocked to learn that I was the only person in my class that was undiagnosed. The new information I received clearly defined the struggles I had as a child. It also helped me further understand the challenges my children had been facing their whole lives.

I fundamentally understand the challenges and frustrations that ADHD presents. I also know the ingenuity, humor, insight and necessary resilience it requires. For people with ADHD the source of their challenges is often the heart of their brilliance. I am grateful to have a career helping these original thinkers realize their full potential.
